DUCHY HEALTH CHARITY ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE POSTPONED CONFERENCE
SOCIAL PRESCRIBING: PROFIT FOR PATIENTS AND PRACTICES
will now take place on Friday 27 March 2020 at the Eden Project’s conference centre
An enhanced format, supported and endorsed by NHS England, will highlight the launch of the film Changing the Script (commissioned by DHC)
